Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator, in Adrian, MI!

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for calculating and executing pricing decisions for Builders. Responsible for providing price quotations, preparing quotes for Quote to Order Entry, and preparing contracts for Builder invoices.


PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review initial bid request packages received from the branch or builders for accuracy.

• Input acceptance of quotes in IntelliQuote to allow for future orders.

• Prepare pricing quotes on chargeable parts and for custom, non-standard home projects

through IntelliQuote.

• Verify pricing data in contract matches quote found in IntelliQuote and resolve issues as

needed.

• Ensure contract pricing requirements are met, including scope of work, expiration dates, and

terms, and submit exceptions and/or extensions to Contract Review.

• Review Master Books and ensure plans and pricing information is complete at start of

project.

• Lead project start up meetings for every new builder or subdivision as needed prior to initial

order.

• Prepare and maintain in IntelliQuote revisions to pricing quotes due to project changes.

• Resolve builder issues with PO’s, billing, and/or order interpretations.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Six Sigma and/or Kaizen events) as

needed.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 2 years experience in a customer service work environment.

• Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

• Demonstrated successful ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong

attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external

customers.

• Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative

without daily interaction with management.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Prior IntelliQuote and/or JDE experience.

• Knowledge of kitchen design.

• Familiarity with the cabinet industry and product.

• Lean Process Experience (Green or Orange Belt, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
