Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Digital Support Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

Provide technical support for kitchen and bath specific design CAD applications to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems and validating catalog and/or software issues.


  • Provide technical support for builders, dealers, home centers and internal users for all brand e-Catalog and Paperless Order issues within established Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintains and improves e-Catalog quality by completing new product launch audits and investigating user reported issues.
  • Create, maintain, and improve executable files for Catalog delivery.
  • Maintain and summarize Support KPI’s through reports and analysis.
  • Support and administration of Digital App users.
  • Improves references by writing and maintaining documentation.


  • Associate’s degree in CAD/Drafting Technology Applied Science, Engineering or related field or 2+ years 20-20 Design software experience.
  • 1 year 20-20 Design software experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Familiarity with InstallShield, Chief Architect, ProKitchen, or AutoCAD software.
  • Familiarity with the cabinet and countertop industry and product.
  • Kitchen and bath design experience.
  • Help desk experience.
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
  • Microsoft SQL Report writing experience.
