Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Builder Sales Representative, in the Denver, Colorado territory!

JOB SUMMARY:

Experience a high-energy, fast-paced work environment that's both competitive and rewarding. Responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for assigned accounts within the Builder Channel. Actively solicits the participation and involvement of Masco Cabinetry personnel which have made a positive impact on the profitable sales growth within the designated accounts.



PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with branch administration and field service team members to maintain a consistently high level of performance.

• Enhance relationships with designated accounts key decision makers and influencers. Support continuous improvement activities throughout the business.

• Assist in the development of the sales budget and track performance to that budget.

• Maintain all master layouts, IQ4 processes, pricing schedules and the timely and accurate delivery of project quotes to the designed accounts.

• Work closely with the Manager to proactively identify situations that require the rapid intervention and allocation of resources to maintain performance within the accounts.

• Maintain approved and current pricing for all assigned accounts.



ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Associate’s degree in construction, business, marketing or related area.

• 3 years of sales and relationship building experience.

• Ability to function effectively without daily interaction with management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational, and analytical/problem solving skills.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to travel up to 70%.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, business, marketing, or related area.

• Experience and proficiency with CAD programs, such as 20/20, Planit, etc.

• Kitchen cabinetry or building materials background.

• Prior cabinet and countertop layout experience.
