Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Supply Chain Business Analyst at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will support the Supply Chain department with structured data and analysis management tools necessary to drive continuous improvement in material cost.


  • Develop and maintain operational metrics and reports; assist with monthly scorecard metrics.
  • Work with Operations to develop appropriate cost savings initiatives; track and reports on progress towards goals.
  • Responsible for data mining and analysis within the supply chain function. 
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on departmental projects and initiatives. 
  • Analyze spend patterns and PO data for forecasting, compliance, accuracy, key insights and trends. 
  • Provide analysis and financial models to support buyers, and identify cost reduction opportunities through data analysis and cost modeling. 
  • Extract data from various databases and perform exploratory data analysis.
  • Assist with implementation of new reporting/analysis tools and dashboards for supply chain metrics.


  • Self-starter, Team Player, Quick Learner with a positive and courageous attitude
  • Education: B.A. or B.S. in Supply Chain Management, or Industrial & Operations Engineering
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management.


  • Prior MRP experience (Oracle, SAP).
  • Previous supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma and other continuous improvement tools.
